Our Shipping Carriers and Process

All orders within Canada are shipped directly to you by FedEx Express, and usually delivered between 2-4 business days after processing. Shipments to Rural addresses and PO Boxes are shipped with Canada Post and have longer delivery times.

Orders to the United States are shipped by FedEx Ground.  Delivery times are between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.

 

Processing Times

All orders are typically processed and fulfilled between 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday and excluding holidays. 

Shipping cut off times on Friday are at 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following Monday.

 

Shipping Costs Within North America

Orders over $50 CAD before tax within Canada and the United States ship free. Excludes trial pouches, where a $7 CAD flat shipping fee will be applied.

*Please note that shipments to the US may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

 

Shipping Costs For International Orders

Shipping costs are $25 CAD flat rate for orders over $150 CAD. Shipping is subject to availability of the carrier. Applicable customs, duties, taxes and other charges may apply and are not included, so please check with your local carrier.

 

Package Protection

Navidium is a package protection that we offer on all of our online orders.  For a small fee, you will be able to have peace-of-mind when it comes to the care of your products. Should there be any issues with your order, we will be able to replace it at no cost to you!

  

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns. However if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at hello@iremiaskincare.ca and we will be happy to assist you.

  

Payment Plan Partner - SEZZLE

Sezzle is a payment solution provider, which enables you to pay by interest-free instalment plans, you are able to buy now and pay later.

The total cost of your order will be broken down into 4 payments over 6 weeks, with only 25% of your order total due on your purchase date. The remaining amount is spread out over equal instalments every two weeks.

As a Sezzle user, you can opt to have instalments charged on their scheduled dates or should you wish, you can pay them sooner. If you are unable to make your Sezzle payment on time, you are able to re-schedule payment up to three times per order, with the first reschedule free of charge. 

 

Payment Plan Partner - Afterpay

We’ve partnered with @afterpayusa so you can now pay better whenever you shop with us. Just choose Afterpay when you checkout, then pay it in 4 interest-free instalments.

 

Interact e-Transfer - DIRECT PAY

DirectPay is a payment method which enables you to pay using Interac e-Transfer® at checkout. After selecting DirectPay, you’ll be redirected to an Interac page where you can select your bank and authorize the purchase with one-click using your banking credentials.

DirectPay, Interac or the merchant does not store your banking credentials at any time during the process.

 

 

2023 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

If you plan to gift any of our soothing products to your loved ones in December, please note the shipping deadlines below. To avoid delays, earlier shopping is encouraged as delays within the postal system can happen and shipping times are not 100% guaranteed. 

Canadian Orders (FedEx Economy): December 8th

US Orders (FedEx Ground): December 14th

International Orders (FedEx International Ground) : December 13th
