...my skin was telling me something different.
I continued to have flare-ups, and could not manage them comfortably with the advice I was given. I wanted to understand the root causes for my flare-ups, and ultimately how I could manage my sensitive skin (because we all know it doesn't just go away).
After years of research, talking to a wider network of experts and experimenting with triggers, foods, stress and skincare, I was able to get my flare-ups under control, and break the cycle of inflammation.
